These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and ph8a1 ("ph8a1", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph8a1.cam ("the Platform", "the Website").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise using any feature of ph8a1, you unconditionally and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

This Agreement incorporates by reference all additional policies published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all bonus-specific terms and conditions as amended from time to time.

Access to ph8a1 and participation in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

ph8a1 reserves the right to request additional proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination pursuant to Section 12 of this Agreement.

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the ph8a1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses therein.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ph8a1 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must notify ph8a1 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. ph8a1 may suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your ph8a1 account to any other person, nor may you allow any other individual to access or use your account. Any unauthorized sharing of account credentials that results in financial loss is the sole responsibility of the account holder.

ph8a1 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified:

All funds deposited into your ph8a1 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph8a1 may request verification of the payment source at any time and reserves the right to suspend transactions or accounts where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified, in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.

ph8a1 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, third-party transaction fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network are beyond ph8a1's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

ph8a1 is committed to same-day processing of withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the PAGCOR-mandated KYC identity verification process before any withdrawal can be processed;
• The withdrawal destination (GCash number, bank account, etc.) must be registered in your verified name;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 for GCash and Maya, and PHP 500 for bank transfers;
• Bonus balance and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable rollover conditions have been met;
• ph8a1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawals above PHP 50,000 in compliance with AMLA requirements, which may extend processing times.

ph8a1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. The following general rules apply to all ph8a1 bonus offers:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free credit awards are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover"), which must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms;
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games, sports betting, and certain specialty games may contribute at lower rates as specified in individual bonus terms;

• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions, self-exclusion, or account suspension;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to transact funds of illegal origin;
• Using any automated software, bot, scraper, script, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or game glitches for financial gain. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a verified technical error will be voided;

ph8a1 is fully committed to responsible gaming and recognizes its obligation under PAGCOR licensing to actively promote safe gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity. If it stops being enjoyable — or if it begins to negatively affect your financial situation, relationships, or mental health — it is important to seek help and to use the tools available.

ph8a1 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations and receive reality-check notifications reminding you of time spent playing;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from play for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without full self-exclusion.

All content on the ph8a1 Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, design elements, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and the "ph8a1" brand name and wordmark, are the exclusive intellectual property of ph8a1 or its licensed providers, and are protected by Philippine intellectual property law (Republic Act No. 8293, as amended) and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of ph8a1.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph8a1's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph8a1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, power failures, or telecommunication disruptions;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions taken by payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers that affect deposit or withdrawal processing;
• Losses arising from your decision to participate in any game or wager on the Platform, including game outcomes that are unfavorable to you.

Nothing in this section limits ph8a1's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

ph8a1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete or maintain KYC/AML verification requirements;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Receipt of a valid court order, PAGCOR directive, or other legal authority requiring suspension or termination;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below);
• Request by the account holder for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

Dormant Account Policy: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. ph8a1 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via registered email before classifying an account as dormant. A dormant account maintenance fee of PHP 100 per month may be applied to the balance after the dormancy threshold is reached. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by logging in and completing an updated KYC review if required.

Upon account termination, any verified real-money balance not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, less any applicable fees, within 14 business days.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (R.A. 8792), the Data Privacy Act (R.A. 10173), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (R.A. 9160 as amended), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and issuances.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through ph8a1's internal support channels shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the primary regulatory body. PAGCOR's decisions on regulatory matters are binding on ph8a1 as a licensed operator.

For disputes not within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players acknowledge and waive any right to bring a class action or collective proceeding against ph8a1 under any applicable law.

Internal Complaint Procedure: Before escalating to PAGCOR or any court, Players are required to submit a formal complaint to ph8a1 support at [email protected]. ph8a1 commits to acknowledging all complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.

ph8a1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email and/or via a notification on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where changes are required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law, in which case changes may take effect with shorter notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date. ph8a1 will maintain an archive of previous versions of these Terms, which may be requested from support.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
